Freya Douglas Ferguson started making jewellery after completing a degree in Fine Art and a post-graduate in stone carving, where she spent time working in a metal foundry and forge. Combining techniques and inspirations from across her disciplines, Freya's jewellery is uniquely voluminous and sculptural. Using the ancient process of lost wax casting and forgery, rigid metal is transformed into sinuous and fluid forms. Each piece is individually hand-made using recycled precious metal between Freya's London studio and a local casting foundry.
